The event will be held in the first week of February, from 3 to 5. The three-day fiesta will have several unique attractions, such as musical performances, astro-tourism, cultural tours, markets and more.

For all three days, the festival hosts will set up astronomy workshops to help guests spot various constellations and planets on the clear, starry Jaisalmer nights.
Musical Extravaganza
Over the three days, popular names from the industry such as Salim-Suleiman, Ankit Tiwari, Salman Ali, Atrangi Project, Shanmukhapriya, and The Raghu Dixit Project will take to the stage, enthralling audiences at the Jaisalmer Desert Festival with their own unique takes on music. Border Tourism

Jaisalmer is also known for sharing a border with Pakistan, like several other regions in North India. And over the three days, the state will promote border tourism via the festival. This will include the BSF, Logewala Post, Tanot Mata Mandir, sand dunes with guarding camels and a whole lot more.
Photography Exhibition and Art Camp
Led by veterans, the photo exhibition on February 3 will showcase the history and heritage of the state as well as the festival. The photos will take you back in time and make you feel a lot closer to the heritage and culture of Rajasthan as well as of Jaisalmer.
Another important event on February 3 will be the art camp, which will host about 20 to 25 artists who will also interact with guests while they create their stunning pieces.

Shopping is a must when you’re in Rajasthan, and Jaisalmer Desert Festival is ensuring that all your needs are met. On February 3, stalls by local self-help groups will be set up at the Shaheed Poonam Singh Stadium, to support local craft communities and to add a vibrant touch to the festivities.
Another unique event that will interest the foodies is Dine With Jaisalmer, on February 3. Homes in the city will open up their gates to visitors, who can come to enjoy the delectable local cuisine in the same way the locals enjoy it – on one huge thal (thaali), with delicious native flavours.
Yoga with Instrumental Music and an Air Warrior Drill show
Among the other events at the Jaisalmer Desert Festival, this time there will be a calming yoga session. With a nice, calming playlist, the session will guide you to enter a meditative, zen zone and heal from within. The event will be held on February 4.
Another important event will be an air warrior drill by the IAF. The Air Warrior Drill Team “Subroto” (AWDT), which is the ceremonial drill team of the Indian Air Force, will put on a show on February 4 for all visitors.
