Sarovar Hotels is welcoming guests to its properties with the assurance of their Signature Sarovar hospitality, upgraded to a contactless yet wonderful experience. By Amitha Ameen
Sarovar Hotels & Resorts are upgrading their regular hospitality standards, that we have come to love over the years, to further protect and safeguard the guests and staff during COVID-19. During these challenging times, and whether you are planning to travel now or in the future, these health and safety measures are sure to keep your mind at ease while checking-in.
Guests will receive pre-arrival communication for a seamless contactless check-in. On arrival at any of the Sarovar Hotels’ properties, guests will be asked to undergo thermal scanning and their luggage will be sanitised by the hotel security, who will be prepared with the necessary equipment.
Other facilities like digital menus, contactless dining, regular temperature checks for hotel staff, deep cleaning of rooms, and sanitising of the hotel owned cars after each journey are just some of the other measures that will be undertaken, to ensure that there are no risks.
Further, each of the Sarovar Hotels will have a designated emergency response team who are equipped with and aware of the proper guidelines that need to be followed against the virus, in accordance with government guidelines.
