Oberoi Hotels & Resorts partners with Cain International to debut in Europe from 17-22 South Audley Street in London’s iconic Mayfair. By Tanvi Jain

Luxury hotel chain – The Oberoi Hotels & Resorts — has partnered with Europe-based private real estate investment firm — Cain International – to operate 23 serviced residences at 17-22 South Audley Street, in London’s Mayfair, due for completion in 2022.
The Oberoi Group, which currently has properties across India, Indonesia, Morocco, Mauritius, Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, will now be debuting in Europe from London’s iconic Mayfair.
Cain International had acquired 17-22 South Audley Street in 2016. Constructed in 1845, but rebuilt by architect Ernest George, who designed Southwark Bridge, the 48,000-square-feet property will also house a small restaurant and a refurbished retail space.

This partnership is the latest addition to Cain International’s growing portfolio of luxury hospitality investments and loans across its target markets of the UK, Europe and the US. This includes industry-leading partners such as Six Senses, Waldorf Astoria, Hilton, Raffles Hotel & Residences, Aman Hotel & Residences, Rosewood Hotels and Soho House.
