METHOD
* Preheat oven to 350°F. Melt the butter, and put it in a mixing bowl of the food processor, fitted with metal blade. Add sugar.
* Process until smooth. Add vanilla extracts. Blend again and then break the eggs one at a time, processing again each time.
* Mix the flour, process again, and then pour the mixture into the pan, scraping the sides and bottom of the bowl with a rubber spatula.
* Bake for 50 minutes approximately.
* When the cake looks golden, remove from the oven and leave to cool in the pan before turning out.
* Serve with ice-cream and chocolate sauce.
