Panerai is inseparable from the oceans—it is the sponsor of the Luna Rossa Prada Pirelli team, the 36th America’s Cup Challenger of Record. This blue-dial watch features a 44mm cushion-shaped brushed steel case and a polished bezel. The crown is protected by a signature device that ensures the watch’s 100m water resistance. Its unique placement of the start, stop, and reset pushers sets it apart from traditional chronographs. Limited to 20 pieces; INR 7,20,000
2. PATRAVI SCUBATEC MALDIVES
CARL F. BUCHERER
Having supported the Manta Trust since 2013, Carl F. Bucherer has launched several special-edition watches over the years to raise awareness. This Maldives edition is presented in a 44.6mm stainless steel case, with a unidirectional rotating bezel fitted with a blue ceramic insert, a blue dial, and luminescent hands. It is equipped for deep dives, with water resistance at depths up to 500m. Two manta rays are engraved on the caseback, and there is a helium release valve on the side at 8 o’clock. INR 5,30,000
3. ADMIRAL 38 AUTOMATIC
CORUM
Corum first announced the Admiral collection over six decades ago. To celebrate its mastery of the maritime watch, it just released a host of Admiral watches. The sporty chic Admiral 38 Automatic is dedicated to women who love both form and function. The watch has a titanium case with 72 diamonds set on the bezel and comes with an ultra-light titanium bracelet or a pink rubber strap. Its automatic movement with an oscillating weight is visible via the sapphire caseback. INR 6,34,000
4. DIVER X SKELETON
ULYSSE NARDIN
This timepiece is fashioned in a blue PVD case, 44mm in diameter. The bezel is made of a lightweight aerospace-grade blue carbonic. The crown guards are rendered in orange to match the accents of the bezel, dial, and orange rubber strap. A blue strap is available as well. For visibility under water, the hour markers and hours and minutes hands are coated with Super-LumiNova. Originally designed for the Executive Skeleton collection, the UN372 movement has been improved here with the addition of an oscillating weight in the shape of the Ulysse Nardin’s iconic X. It boasts a power reserve of 96 hours. 175 pieces only; price on request
5. DAT WATT LIMITED EDITION
ORIS
This watch gets its name from a German word for the Wadden Sea, the world’s largest tidal system that Oris seeks to protect. The dial ranges from a beach grey at the bottom to a sea blue to a sky hue; it displays the lunar cycle and tidal range in the Northern Hemisphere via the Pointer Moon function, created for professional divers. The watch comes in a 43.5mm stainless steel case with a circular brushed grey ceramic insert on its rotating bezel. All markings are done in white, with large applied hour markers filled with Super-LumiNova. INR 2,01,000
