The annual flagship property of Travel+Leisure India & South Asia is back with its 11th edition, and like always, we celebrate the best in the travel, hospitality, and lifestyle industries, as chosen by YOU, our dear readers. The awards celebrate the best in the travel and hospitality sector which includes domestic and international destinations, domestic and international hotels, airports, airlines, cruises, and lifestyle brands. And this year, we also introduce the T+L Champions!

While we celebrate the best in destinations and establishments, this year’s India’s Best Awards includes a category for individuals who have made an impact across diverse fields — T+L Champions. After all, Travel+Leisure India & South Asia is all about #GoingPlacesWithPeople!
T+L Champions is an editorially-led category that felicitates changemakers and trendsetters across travel, hospitality and lifestyle industries. These individuals are visionaries who create meaning in the world and add value to the ever-evolving industry.
The personality-driven segment cuts across various spheres and aspects such as felicitating the Champion for Women Empowerment, for their longstanding contribution to help women find an equal footing in society; Champion for Responsible Travel, for advocating conscious travel and creating a clean space in the world of travel; and even recognising a visionary who has made an impact on the community by felicitating them as the Champion for Community Empowerment. Champion for LGBTQIA+ Rights recognises that effort of someone who is working tirelessly towards the rights of the gay community, while the Champion for Body Positivity advocates love for all body types. Also, keep an eye out to see who wins the Champion of Travel Photography, an ace photographer who gives everyone travel inspiration with the click of a button!
