Cloud kitchens, in simple terms, are delivery- or takeaway-only centralised kitchens, as opposed to traditional restaurants. With the spike in COVID-19 cases, this modern-day dining experience has gained an audience too, owing to its inherently socially distanced model. Restaurateurs and chefs in the national capital, too, took note of this rise.
