Mango and Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- ½ avocado
- ½ mango
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ lemon
- Pepper
- Salt
- Bread
Preparation
- Halve an avocado, and slice or mash it—depending upon how ripe it is.
- Julienne the mango.
Assembling
- Take a bread, and spread the avocado on it.
- Next, place the mango slices on top.
- Season with pepper, salt, red chilli powder and the zest of half a lemon.
