Preempting an eventual rise in domestic travel again, IndiGo has decided to inoculate its employees, states The News Minute. The report mentions that the airline’s Chief HR officer Raj Raghavan claims that employees of 35 stations–including subsidiaries—have already been jabbed against Coronavirus, with 23,000 employees in line next. This, the report states, is being sponsored entirely by IndiGo.

According to OYO’s official website, the hospitality chain has committed to cover the vaccination costs for their employees and families across the country. Under this initiative, one can get immunised at any centre of their choice and be reimbursed in full for the same. This move is sandwiched by other wellness benefits such as free annual health check-ups and free online doctor consultations; discounted women’s health check package, dental, and vision checks; 24X7 counselling services, including psychiatric help; COVID-19 home-care cover; enhanced maternity coverage, and discounted rates for wellness services like gym memberships and yoga sessions.
3. Air India

Members of the national carrier recently expressed anguish over the lack of company-sponsored vaccination drives, post which Air India has reportedly issued a statement assuring pilots free COVID-19 jabs, reports The Hindustan Times. Referring to an airline-issued letter, the report states that the New Delhi-headquartered airline will undertake vaccinations of all operations staff including ground staff, dispatchers, and crew (both cockpit and cabin).
4. The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts

In an issued statement, The Leela Palaces, Hotels, and Resorts has pledged to cover the vaccination costs of its entire workforce and kin. For this, the Indian luxury hotel chain has reportedly tied up with healthcare providers across the country to carry out the immunisation drives in a phased manner.
5. Chalet Hotels

As per BW Hotelier, Chalet Hotels has decided to take care of all COVID-19 vaccination costs of its employees—at the hotels and corporate offices, both. The report further states that the choice of which vaccination centre to get jabbed at has been left to the employees’ discretion.
