Indonesia volcano blows again

Indonesia’s Mount Lokon volcano erupted again yesterday. After bursting into life last week, two more explosions were reported by volcanologists yesterday within 10 minutes of each other. Ash and debris were sent 600 metres into the atmosphere. According to AFP reports, these eruptions were far less powerful than Sunday’s blast which ejected ash 3,500m upwards. More than 5,200 inhabitants have been evacuated from the area to temporary shelters.
