Central Park to open in Macau

Published on Jun 1, 2011

Macau will boast its very own Central Park next year. Opening in the second quarter of 2012, the park will cover 28,000m2 on Taipa Island, and will come complete with an artificial lake which will double-up as a swimming pool in the summer, as well as walking trails, jogging tracks, a children’s playground and sports area. The Macao Daily Post reported that Central Park will also feature a library and a two-story underground car park.
