KL-Singapore rail service disrupted by floods

Rail services between Kuala Lumpur and Singapore have been disrupted due to flooding on section of track. Bernama reported that the rail line between Batang Melaka, in Melaka state, in Tampin in Negeri Sembilan, was fl ooded on Monday, aff ecting the KTM Intercity services between KL and Singapore. Passengers arriving from Singapore were reportedly transferred to the Malaysian capital by bus. The track is expected to reopen later today.
