Hilton unveils new global spa concept in Asia

Hilton Hotels & Resorts has launched its new global spa concept in Asia. The eforea spa brand was unveiled at the Millennium Hilton hotel in Bangkok on Saturday by Dave Horton, Hilton’s Global Head, and Tyra Lowman, the company’s Senior Director of Spa Brands. Following the brand’s Bangkok launch, eforea will be rolled out at 49 Hilton hotels across the world. The new brand will off er three customised spa experiences. The ‘Essentials Journey’ features a correcting facial, a jetlag remedy, detox body wrap, and after-sun treatment. The ‘Escape Journey’ offers body scrubs and wraps and a meditation massage, while the ‘Men’s Journey’ includes a de-stress facial treatment, all-over detox and sports massage. Product partners include Kerstin Florian, LI’TYA and VitaMan. One of the key features is the use of micro-current technology for anti-aging facial treatments. All eforea spas will off er a series of stages, from the opening ‘Arrivals Lounge’ to the ‘Changing Lounge’, which features a plunge pool and shower facilities. The ‘Thermal Lounge’ off ers hot and cold therapies, before guests enter the Therapy Rooms. Finally a retail area off ers a range of branded spa products. The new eforea spa at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok offers a range of treatment rooms including two couples’ suites, which both feature a steam room and sauna. One of the couple’s suite features a Japanese-style tub bath, while the other offers a plunge pool. In addition to the Bangkok property, eforea spa will be rolled out at the brand new Hilton Pattaya.
