Published on Dec 3, 2010

One of Asia’s leading boutique hideaway developers, Karma Resorts, has unveiled the fifth and final phase of luxury villas at Bali’s multi-award winning Karma Kandara Resort and Spa.

The collection of 20 one, two and three bedroom villas on Bali’s southernmost peninsula is on sale from US$350,000 to US$853,600.

Nestling on a clifftop overlooking the Indian Ocean, the spa resort is linked by ‘inclinator’ to Nammos Private Beach Club, voted ‘Best Beach Club in Bali’.

Its signature restaurant di Mare has also been ranked by Tatler magazine among the best restaurants in Indonesia.

A member of the prestigious ‘Leading Small Hotels of the World’, Karma Kandara was last year voted ‘Best New Resort in Indonesia’ and ‘Indonesia’s Best Development’ in the 2009 CNBC Awards.

The latest Phase V of the development now on the market in one of the world’s hottest holiday destinations is “the most exciting and appealing real estate option in Bali at the current time, offering a superb value investment”, said Karma Group Chairman, John Spence.

Debt-free Karma assures guaranteed rental return of five per cent for at least three years.
