Malaysia declares new National Heritage Site

The main campus of Malaysia’s Forest Research Institute Malaysia (FRIM) has been declared a National Heritage Site. The campus in Kepong, Selangor state, is the largest man-made forest in the world, acting as a global model for reforestation and forest management. FRIM is also a popular ecotourism destination, with nature trails, arboreta, cycling tracks, a museum and a 150-metre-long canopy walkway.
