Siam Kempinski opens in grand style

A lavish party marked the grand opening of the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok last night. The 303 room, suite and serviced apartment property, located in the very heart of Bangkok, welcomed members of the Thai and Bahrain Royal families, local celebrities and performers from across the globe, including a tribe of Masai warriors from Tanzania. The hotel was opened up to guests, with themed rooms serving up a huge feast of global delicacies. The hotel, which is centred around a large open courtyard with freeform swimming pools, features a range of F&B options including the Brasserie Europa fi ne dining restaurant, Sra Bua modern Thai restaurant, the T Lounge and the 1897 whisky bar and cigar court.
