Chinese mountain closed to tourists after landslide

Huashan Mountain, in China’s Shaanxi province, has been closed to tourists after heavy rains triggered a landslide on the sacred peak. Xinhua reported officials from the Huashan Mountain Scenic Area Administration Committee, was saying that the estimated 3,000m3 landslide left 200 tourists stranded on Tuesday. No casualties were reported in the incident, and work is underway to clear the debris.
