Passenger boat capsizes in northern China

Four people are missing after a passenger boat capsized in the Songhua River in China’s far northern Heilongjiang province, Xinhua has reported. The boat, which was carrying 12 people, reportedly lost power and crashed into a bridge in Harbin. Eight of the passengers were thrown into the river, but only four were rescued.
