HCMC to develop river tourism

Ho Chi Minh City is planning to offer tours to a painting village along the Saigon River in September, and will also inaugurate the Saigon-Cu Chi-Binh Duong route as part of its plan to develop riverside tourism over the next 10 years. The Vietnam National Tourism Administration (VNAT) said other developments would include the development of three waterway bus routes in the city.
