North Korea is opening its doors to more visitors from the US in an attempt to improve relations with its traditional enemy, Channel NewsAsia has reported. Beijing-based Koryo Tours has reportedly been told by the state-run Korea International Travel Company that US tourists will now be allowed to visit the communist state all-year-round, rather than just in the Arirang Festival period from August to October.
