Japan's rail operator to offer free Wi-Fi

Japanese rail operator, JR East, will begin offering free Wi-Fi from 1 October. Reported by the Japan Times, the company said the service would be available at its Travel Service Centers at 13 railway stations including Tokyo, as well as the monorail stations at Haneda and Narita airports. The service will offer three hours of free Wi-Fi.
