W Hotels hosts first Bangkok casting event

Starwood's W Hotels brand recently hosted its first 'casting' event in Bangkok. The W Bangkok, which opens in December, is looking to recruit more than 350 staff. But instead of the usual interview sessions the hotel is trying to gauge its prospective employees' personalities through social casting sessions. Hosted at the Enigma bar in central Bangkok, the cocktail party-style event allowed candidates to chat with hotel management in a more casual atmosphere.
