Cambodia in talks over Vietnam rail link

Cambodia is in discussions with the Chinese government on funding for a 250km rail link to Vietnam, local media has reported. According to a Phnom Penh Post report, authorities in Cambodia have turned to China after discussions with the Asian Development Bank became "complicated". The report suggests that China could provide approximately US$600 million in funding for the rail link connecting Phnom Penh with Ho Chi Minh City.
