Vietnam opens new coastal tourist attraction

A major new tourism park has opened in Pan Thiet, on Vietnam’s southeast coast. The 33-hectare Suoi Cat Tourist Site will feature a range of children’s attractions, such as slides, ball houses, castles and wave pools, as well as F&B outlets, a retail area and an outdoor stage for performances. The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) said the new site would off er “four-star services at two-star prices”. The site also includes a large camp site near the Cat River, while a 100-room resort is expected to open before the end of the year.
