New boutique resort to open in Koh Samui

Akaryn Samui will open in Hanuman Bay next month, adding a fourth property to the Akaryn Hospitality Management Services (AHMS) portfolio. The luxury boutique property boasts 34 stand-alone pool suites, five of them absolute beachfront, as well as 18 villas with 8m private pools. Standard features include LCD large screen TV, iPod and iDock with a large movie and music library. Dining options include the The Edge, with chic international all day dining on the waterfront, tapas at Ochos, Royal Thai cuisine complemented by fresh seafood at The Legend, a selection of teas at The Tea Salon and a submerged pool bar. Set around 500m of crescent beach, other facilities and amenities include the Spa IV brand, a black lava rock pool, 24-hour room service, free Wi-Fi throughout the resort, yoga classes, as well as an extensive book, film and music library.
