At this weekly celebration at the Sofitel Singapore City Centre, guests tuck into a gourmet buffet including 15 varieties of French cheeses and selections from the Salad Atelier such as sea salt-baked organic beetroot with feta and pears. For S$68++, diners can indulge in all of this bounty along with the Dessert Atelier, which includes everything from freshly made pancakes and waffles to fabulous French pastries and locally inspired treats such as gulab jamun and durian mousse cake.

For a mere $10++ extra, diners can enjoy unlimited Signature Mains, including Executive Chef Jean-Charles Dubois’ crab rigatoni dusted with crispy, flash-fried shallots, and Executive Chinese Chef Andrew Chong’s savory char kway teow with wok-fried prawns.

Finally, true gourmands hoping for a truly lavish experience should opt to add Premium Mains for S$30++. These include a selection of well-marbled Australian striploin seared to your desired degree of doneness, along with meltingly tender slow-cooked Angus beef cheek. One of the absolute highlights is the lobster bisque served over lobster ragú tortellini drizzled with umami-rich coral oil. The pan-seared foie gras served with a dollop of fig marmalade is also not to be missed.
