A trip to Hong Kong would be remiss without spotting some form of dragon. During the Mid-Autumn Festival, visitors can take in all the pageantry of traditional Chinese dragon costumes at the Tai Hang Fire Dragon Dance. The spectacle dates back to the 19th century and now includes 300 performers, 72,000 incense sticks, three days of revelry and one 67-meter long dragon studded with smoldering joss sticks.
