The Overview

While the Sino-Portuguese architecture and Asian interiors hark back to Phuket’s semi-colonial era, the cuisine presents a more contemporary offering that combines the flavors of French and Thai cookery. Traditional Thai and French dishes are served in chic retro surrounds (try the rabbit and wild boar in red wine) and the chef has also dreamed up a number of tantalizing culinary innovations inspired by the flavors and techniques of both countries’ epicurean traditions.
