The Overview

The Sukhothai hotel takes its name from the capital of Thailand’s ancient Sukhothai Kingdom. The city thrived as a trade center; news of its beauty, magnificent style and architecture spread far and wide. The temples of Sukhothai emphasized their stupa and chedi as primary design features.

The palaces of Sukhothai maintained an incomparable design and distinct style. Symmetrical colonnades, reflection pools, open-air arcades, combined with the best natural materials - bronze, teakwood and marble - together with fine fabrics and mirrors. Much of the hotle's décor derives from this golden age in Thailand's history.

Siituated in the central business district, the hotel also operates 19 luxury Mercedes limousines for convenient transportation to and from the airport and throughout the city.

Guest accommodations are imbued with sumptuous elegance and distinctive design. All rooms and suites incorporate rich Thai fabrics and teakwood furnishings, and include luxurious bathrooms.

And when you want to  relax and rejuvenate after a busy day, visit the Spa Botanica, which offers a full range of massage and beauty treatments.
