Face Bar

An art and antique aficionado’s dream come true, this classy venue also boasts a wealth of cuisines and even a spa and cooking classes.
29 Sukhumvit Soi 38, Bangkok, Thailand

The Overview

Based on the caravanserai, a place where traders could rest and refuel on the ancient silk route, Face Bar is an elegant wooden compound designed to mimic a traditional Thai family abode. The mixture of Thai, Indian and Japanese food options will not disappoint, nor will the different dining areas, with all sorts of silk pillows, Buddha sculptures, mythological creatures and woodcarvings. They also have a Buddha Hall Function Room for special events, a traditional Thai massage parlor, spa, cooking classes in Thai and Indian cuisine on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, in addition to a cocktail bar. Try their superb take on a frozen mojito. They also have other outlets in Shanghai, Pudong, Beijing, and Jakarta.
