Close to plenty of high-end shopping and dining, the 64-room boutique stay feels more like an exclusive apartment building, with a private lounge area equipped with Wi-Fi-ready Macs, soft drinks and snacks available 24 hours a day. The guest rooms, decked out in pastels, blond wood and browns, are the work of Taiwanese interior decorator Ray Chen.
