Set in a tiny converted early 20th-century chapel that seats only 23, Si Bon’s MO is exquisite kushikatsu—skewers of finely breaded vegetables and seafood deep-fried to a golden crisp. The combinations are as imaginative as they are delicious: think cuttlefish and cuttlefish, tender beef cubes and asparagus spears.
