The Overview

A Lorcha has been serving hearty, home-style Portuguese cooking since 1989. The décor is simple, like a small European café that seats 90. Order grilled prawns, the pile of clams with garlic, coriander and olive oil, and a chewy squid salad. Other dishes worth having: grilled codfish, sautéed pork with clams, the thick lamb stew, and African chicken. If you still have room, the caramel egg pudding is reportedly delicious.
