The Overview

One of the town’s few credible wine bars offers an extensive collection of from France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, South Africa and Chile. It also boasts French Champagne and sparkling wines from around the world and, if you like what you sample, you can pick up a bottle or two from Pack Luck’s wine shop. Unlike wine bars in other urban centers, this place is well appointed but lacks pretensions. It’s popular with local expats and NGO workers and has a fairly relaxed music policy which generally comprises laid-back jazz, Latin, Bossanova, R&B and lounge.
