Generally considered to be one of the best restaurants in Luang Prabang. The chef focuses on quality rather than range, but there is still a very good selection of both Asian and international cuisines, many of which combine local ingredients and flavors with Western dishes. The Luang Prabang buffalo sausages served with fresh ginger, peanuts and garlic are a popular local starter. But the signature dish has to be the fried Panin Fish stuffed with lemongrass and served with a garlic, tamarind and lime sauce. It’s a two-person platter which a wonderfully pungent, piquant sauce. While it’s more expensive the many local joints, the restaurant is till very affordable.
