Kidsagogo
The Overview
At Kidsagogo, think crisp blues and greens for boys, and hot pinks and oranges for girls, swirled with lots of cooling white, geometric batik and bold hand-stitching. Owner Sue Hadinata opened her first store in 1989, after dresses she'd made for her own two girls attracted a lot of encouraging comments. "From the moment I opened the shop I just haven't stopped," she says. Indeed, she now employs more than 100 tailors to stitch together her custom-dyed Balinese fabrics and augment them with trimmings picked up on her travels. "I want a very clean, fresh look for children," she explains, and "to keep children looking like children." Don't miss her homewares and accessories too.
