Although this gourmet Spanish deli didn't set up shop in Sai Ying Pun until 2006, the Andalusian farm from which it sources most of its exceptional pork dates back to 1948. The farm produces only 200 legs of the prized ham a year from pampered, ill-fated, heritage-breed pigs, all of which are snapped up by eager customers over in Hong Kong. The store also sells fine cheeses, olives and wine—everything necessary for a splurgy picnic.
