The Overview

This store, run by the eponymous Japanese frau Sachiko Kojima, specializes in traditional Cambodian cookies made from local ingredients. The sweet treats are made in her nearby bakery, which employs about 60 locals. The shop's trademark Angkor Cookies are shaped like the great Wat itself and made from cashew nuts, but there are a number of other varieties like black pepper, green tea, coffee, lotus and honey that are well worth trying. You can also buy lotus tea, aromatic coffee, spices and a pretty good range of other souvenirs and handicrafts, such as handmade palm-tree bark boxes.
