Tokyo’s Tsukiji Market, the site of Japan’s legendary tuna auctions and arguably the most famous seafood market in the world, is in it’s final days. Although it’s a regular pilgramage site for both for chefs and foodies, the original location will close in November to make way for the 2020 Olympics. Photographer Shinsuke Matsukawa captured this shot of this icon’s numbered final days.
